Terms and Conditions

1. Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $100 (+ applicable fees) is required to secure your costume package. Final payment may be made online or in person at the Mas Camp. In-person payments are accepted by card or cash.

Your package must be paid in full before collection.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All costumes are made to order. Once an order is placed and a deposit is received, no refunds will be issued.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, any payments made will be transferred to the next available event.

By signing at the time of collection, you agree that:

(a) The package and its contents were received in acceptable condition.
(b) You waive the right to initiate a chargeback on the basis that the item received was not as expected.

Please note that chargeback refunds, if applicable, can take up to 90 days to process.

3. Costume Collection

Costume packages must be collected from the distribution center or Mas Camp by the registered owner or an authorized substitute.

Location: Brathwaite's Gap, Dayrell's Road, St. Michael, Barbados

Collection Requirements:
Valid government-issued photo ID is required. If collecting on behalf of the registered owner, a signed authorization note from that person is required, along with advance notification via WhatsApp. Reference codes will be used for verification. A signature is required to complete the collection process.

4. Media Waiver

By participating in Bliss The Band events, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. All photos and videos captured are the property of Bliss The Band and may be used for promotional purposes.

5. Consumer Data & Privacy

Bliss The Band is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected through this site is used solely for operational purposes, including communication regarding your costume package, upcoming events, and promotional offers. Your information will not be shared with third parties outside of our organization.
